One bedroom.
One flat price.
$499 total.
Move a genuine one-bedroom apartment with two movers and one truck. Travel and fuel are included. Pay in full online, then complete your move details and choose an available date—no phone call required.
Eligible moves have no added checkout or moving charges. Appointments require at least three calendar days' notice in Jacksonville time. Payment alone does not reserve a date.
A REAL ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT
The apartment itself must have exactly one bedroom.
This is for a genuine one-bedroom apartment. It is not for one bedroom out of a house, one room or selected belongings from a two-bedroom or larger apartment/home, a studio, or a larger dwelling described as a small move. Moving fewer items does not change the dwelling's actual bedroom count.
No gun safes, pianos or other bulky/specialty items requiring more than two movers. If your move needs a larger crew, request a standard moving quote instead of buying this offer.
Both pickup and delivery addresses must be within a 40-mile straight-line radius of the ZIP 32219 reference point. Full street addresses are verified during the paid booking steps. This is a service-area radius, not the driving mileage between homes.
IMPORTANT · ON-SITE ELIGIBILITY
If it is not a genuine one-bedroom apartment.
If the team actually goes to the pickup location and finds the apartment does not qualify, you are entitled to a 70% refund: $349.30. JEM retains 30%: $149.70 for the team's attendance to view the location. The team is not required to perform an ineligible move.
This specific deduction applies to an ineligible apartment confirmed during that on-site visit. It is not an automatic deduction before a visit or for an unrelated reason.

Deal terms · version jem-apartment-flat-499-2026-11-05-v1
Total price
The total purchase price is $499.00 USD, paid in full online. It includes two movers, one truck, moving travel and fuel, and any applicable service fee and tax. No additional moving charges are added for an eligible move under this deal. This is not a deposit or an hourly moving offer.
A genuine one-bedroom apartment
The pickup dwelling must be a genuine one-bedroom apartment: the apartment itself has exactly one bedroom. This offer is not for moving one room from a house, a portion of a two-bedroom or larger apartment/home, a studio, or a larger dwelling described as a one-room move. Moving fewer belongings does not make an ineligible dwelling eligible.
Service area
Both the pickup and delivery street addresses must be within a 40-mile straight-line radius of the ZIP 32219 reference point used by JEM. Addresses are verified online when you complete your paid booking. A 40-mile radius is not a promise of a particular driving distance. Confirm this eligibility before paying.
Crew and truck
The deal provides exactly two movers and one truck. The truck will be either 20 feet or 26 feet, depending on availability for the move; the customer cannot select or require a particular size. The inventory must be safely movable by two movers with the supplied truck.
Specialty and bulky items
This deal is not suitable for gun safes, pianos or other bulky/specialty items requiring more than two movers. Do not buy this deal for an ineligible item; request a separate standard quote. This offer does not authorize an extra charge to force an ineligible move into the deal.
Pay first, then complete the online schedule
After verified full payment, enter your contact, pickup, delivery, access and inventory details and select an available move date and arrival window online. The move date must be at least three calendar days ahead when scheduling, in Jacksonville time. Payment alone does not reserve a date. Your move is automatically added to the JEM schedule only when you finish these steps. No phone call is required.
On-site apartment eligibility and refund
If the team actually attends the pickup location and finds that the dwelling is not a genuine one-bedroom apartment as defined above, the customer is entitled to a refund of 70% of the $499 payment ($349.30). JEM retains 30% ($149.70) for the team's attendance to view the location. This specific deduction applies to an ineligible apartment confirmed during that on-site visit; it is not an automatic deduction before a visit or for an unrelated reason. The deal does not require the team to perform an ineligible move.
Preparation and arrival
Provide accurate addresses, apartment/unit numbers, stairs, elevator arrangements, parking and inventory. Have belongings ready for safe handling and arrange access at both properties. The confirmed arrival window is an estimated arrival range, not the duration of the entire move. Moving-protection and safe-handling responsibilities remain subject to the applicable written terms and law.
Payment and electronic records
By accepting these terms and choosing checkout, you authorize the displayed one-time $499.00 USD payment to Roovet Technologies LLC, the parent company of Jacksonville Elite Movers. Your statement may show Roovet or Jacksonville Elite Movers. The accepted terms version and eligibility confirmations are saved with this purchase. Keep the private purchase link to finish or review your booking.
Questions or other refund requests
Use the online purchase support form if you cannot complete the booking or need an eligibility or refund review. Requests outside the specific on-site apartment rule are reviewed under the agreed service terms and applicable law. These terms do not waive rights provided by law or your payment provider.
