Information customers provide
Customers may provide name, phone number, email address, moving addresses, ZIP codes, move date, move size, service type, packing needs, labor needs, and other move details through the quote form, customer portal, or phone support.
Customer portal accounts
When customers create a MyJEM account, the system assigns an account number and may store profile information to help with support, quote follow-up, and future move requests.
Payment and authorization evidence
Before payment, customers may be asked to accept terms and provide an electronic signature. The system may store a terms snapshot, signature, timestamp, IP address, browser details, payment type, and quote reference for fraud prevention and dispute response.
Optional browser location
Customers may optionally allow browser location evidence before payment. If declined, payment can still continue. Location evidence is used for authorization and dispute-support context, not public display.
Payment processing
Card payments are handled through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. Jacksonville Elite Movers should not store full card numbers on this website.
