JACKSONVILLE ELITE MOVERS · LOCAL DELIVERY DEAL
You found it.
We’ll deliver it.
$199.99 flat.
That perfect Marketplace sofa. A new dining table. The store pickup that won’t fit in your car. Let JEM bring up to five items from one pickup location to one delivery address—without renting a truck or organizing a household move.
$199.99 when both stops are within Jacksonville city limits. An automatic $50 charge applies if either stop is in one of the four eligible extended areas below. Book at least three calendar days ahead. No phone call required.
FROM A GREAT FIND TO YOUR FRONT DOOR
Marketplace bargains, store pickups and furniture finds.
Buy from Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, Walmart, Target, The Home Depot or Lowe’s, or arrange pickup at a local furniture showroom, warehouse, outlet, warehouse club, appliance retailer, thrift or consignment shop, estate sale, auction or private seller. If the seller does not deliver—or the item simply won’t fit in your vehicle—JEM can handle an eligible local delivery.
Pay for your purchases first and confirm the seller can release them during your selected pickup window. Add the seller or store contact, order/release reference and item list after paying for delivery. Retail pickup policies still apply. JEM is an independent delivery provider; the businesses and marketplaces above do not sponsor or endorse this offer.
SIMPLE, CLEAR SERVICE AREA
Your addresses determine the total.
| Pickup and delivery area | Total delivery price |
|---|---|
| Both stops within Jacksonville city limits | $199.99 |
| Either or both stops in Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach or the Town of Orange Park | $249.99 · includes one automatic $50 area charge |
City limits matter. A postal address or ZIP alone does not establish eligibility. Both stops must be in Jacksonville or one of the four named municipalities. Addresses in other communities—including unincorporated areas with an Orange Park mailing address—need a standard delivery quote.
FIVE ITEMS. ONE SIMPLE DELIVERY.
Count pieces, not listings.
A table and four chairs are five items. A sofa and loveseat are two items. Each separate sectional module, bed-frame component or separately handled carton counts toward the five-item limit. Buying a set or bundle does not make its separate pieces one item.
One seller or pickup location, one delivery address and one trip. Everything must be ready to collect and safely handled by a two-person team in a single delivery vehicle. Disclose item dimensions, weight when known, stairs, elevators and access before scheduling.
Delivery only: no packing, unpacking, disassembly, assembly, installation, appliance hookups, wall mounting, disposal, old-item removal or returns. Pianos, gun safes, pool tables, hazardous goods and oversized/specialty items requiring more than two handlers or lifting equipment are excluded.

Delivery-only service
JEM picks up your already purchased items from one seller, store, warehouse or other pickup address and delivers them together to one destination address. This is a local delivery service, not a household move, packing service, shopping service or courier errand.
Flat price and automatic area charge
The all-in price is $199.99 USD when BOTH pickup and delivery street addresses are within Jacksonville city limits. If either or both stops are within Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach or the Town of Orange Park, one automatic $50.00 area charge applies per delivery, for a total of $249.99 USD. It is applied once, not per item or per stop. Travel, fuel and any applicable service fee and tax are included in the displayed total. Both addresses are checked before payment; the exact full-payment amount is shown before you authorize checkout.
Municipal boundaries, not mailing names
The deal uses verified street-address coordinates and municipal boundaries, not a Jacksonville or Orange Park mailing address or ZIP code alone. Addresses outside Jacksonville and the four named municipalities are not eligible for this deal and require a separate quote. Unincorporated addresses near Orange Park are not automatically inside the Town of Orange Park.
Five physical items maximum
One delivery includes one to five physical items in total, from one pickup location to one delivery address, in one trip. Each separate piece counts: a table and four chairs are five items; a sofa and loveseat are two; each separate sectional module, bed-frame component or separately handled carton counts as an item. A set, bundle or listing does not count as one item if it contains multiple pieces. No multiple sellers/stops, split destinations, whole-home moves or extra return trips are included.
Items ready for safe delivery
Pay the seller or retailer before pickup. Confirm that the goods are released and ready, provide any receipt, order number and pickup authorization, and arrange an available pickup contact. Give accurate dimensions, weight when known, stairs, elevators, gates and parking. The items and access must allow safe handling by a two-person team and fit a single delivery vehicle. Obtain seller permission before sharing pickup information.
What delivery does and does not include
The service includes loading ready-to-collect eligible items, transport and unloading at the single agreed destination with safe, disclosed access. It does not include purchasing goods, packing, unpacking, furniture disassembly/reassembly, appliance hookups, installation, wall mounting, disposal, haul-away, old-item removal or returns/exchanges. Please arrange those separately. JEM does not install appliances or guarantee the condition, completeness, quality or warranty of purchases from a third party.
Excluded items
No pianos, gun safes, pool tables, hazardous or illegal goods, live animals, or oversized/specialty items requiring lifting equipment or more than two handlers. Commercial bulk loads and items that cannot be safely moved through the disclosed access do not qualify. Request a standard quote rather than purchasing this deal for an excluded job.
Pay, complete details and book online
Check both addresses and review the exact total, pay in full, then complete your contact information, itemized inventory, pickup authorization/contact and access details online. Select an available date and arrival window at least three calendar days ahead in Jacksonville time. Your delivery is automatically added to the schedule once the paid booking form is completed; no phone call is required. Payment alone does not reserve a date. The window is an estimated arrival range, not the duration of the entire delivery. Confirm the seller or store can release the goods during the selected window.
Accurate details and eligibility review
Do not purchase this deal for more than five items, multiple pickups/destinations or other excluded work. JEM may decline unsafe or ineligible work; the deal does not authorize automatic extra-item or hourly charges. Use the online purchase support form for booking or refund review if the seller cannot release the items or the delivery cannot proceed. Refund requests are reviewed under the accepted terms and applicable law; these terms do not waive statutory or payment-provider rights.
Payment and independent delivery provider
By authorizing checkout, you approve the displayed one-time total of $199.99 USD or $249.99 USD, including the applicable $50 area charge, paid to Roovet Technologies LLC / Jacksonville Elite Movers. Your accepted terms, verified service area and price are saved with the purchase. JEM is an independent delivery provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, Lowe’s or other sellers/retailers mentioned.
