By moving with Jacksonville Elite Movers you are agreeing to the following terms of use/service and all of our policies listed below. If you schedule you move via online booking, Facebook Appointments, Text Messaging, Over the phone, Walk-In or any other way not listed here. The same policies applies during your moving services with us.

Jacksonville Elite Movers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason without informing the customer why. Jacksonville Elite Movers is a Independent company under Roovet Local and International Corporation.

Customer are not allowed at anytime during a moving job to board any Roovet Corporation moving trucks for safety reasons. Jacksonville Elite Movers takes no responsibility for damages to walls, floors or any other property during your move other than household goods moved during your move. Without additional insurance coverage Jacksonville Elite Movers will be liable for $0.60 per pound per article. Jacksonville Elite Movers will not be liable for boxes packed by owner. Jacksonville Elite Movers will not be liable for TV’s not packed in boxes, loose glass, or compressed wood. And will reserve the right not to move the following item at drivers discretion.

Customers are responsible for disconnecting washer hoses at all times. Customer are required to pay total estimated bill before Jacksonville Elite Movers unloads any household goods into customers new home.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: I agree to pay the total charges for moving services to be provided by Jacksonville Elite Movers® (the “Company”). I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated moving charges.

I also understand that my deposit/fee is only refundable if at least 5 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) prior to the load date listed above, the Company (1) receives written notice at it’s address listed above via certified mail, return receipt requested, or (2) is notified by phone at (904) 999-0130 of my intent to cancel this contract, change my pickup dates or place the move on hold, (3) issues me a cancellation number.

All credit card refunds will be processed for your next billing statement. I am aware that any failure to comply with this Cancelation/Hold and Refund policy shall result in the forfeit of any deposit(s)/fee(s) paid. I understand should I refuse to allow Jacksonville Elite Movers to service my move within the pickup date(s) indicated on my estimate, send a truck away, or cancel services after a truck has arrived, my deposit is non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policies

Each customer is given a 2 hour window of arrival at time of booking. If the mover do not arrive within the 2 hour window given, the customer will be rolled over to the next two hour window until the movers arrive. Jacksonville Elite Movers do not offer any discounts on late arrivals, traveling charges, or fuel Surcharges and customers who have already received a discount in any form will not be entitled another.
